AT&T announced that, they are
planning to release their 5G network in about 20 cities by the end of 2017.
However the company has started their operation but it seems a hard way down to
the success.
By saying 5G evolution, AT&T
is not going to give the full facility of 5G network. On the other hand 5G
evolution is not 5G network but it has a better performance than 4G. 5G
evolution is actually a new packet of 4G but then again it performs better than
4G. The new network is limited and can only used by Samsung Galaxy S8 or
Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus user. By using this network people can download faster than
they have downloaded before in 4G.
5G Evolution will cover only 20
areas, which include San Francisco, Nashville, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin
and Los Angeles. The network is already rolling out in some parts of Austin and
Texas. As for hardware, we could see several more devices that take advantage
of the new network this year.
